The error message you are receiving is potentially being caused by either the server address being inputted incorrectly or the Shared Secret.  Go back to your Network via System preferences and check the server address is correctly entered & also you have entered in the Shared Secret which is as follows : xunblock4me

Do NOT copy and paste in the details, enter manually;

For UK TV:

Please ensure there are NO spaces before or after the server address.  If you are sure there are NO spaces and you are still receiving the same error message then please delete the View TV Abroad configuration by clicking on the minus sign and starting again from point 4 on the set up page :
