The message 'Authentication Failed' is caused by one of the following being inputted incorrectly;
Please refer to your email marked "Welcome email"
- The Username/Account
- The Password
Please enter your details manually & do not copy and paste. Ensure there are NO spaces before or after the Username/Account or password . If you are sure there are NO spaces and you are still receiving the same error message then please delete the View TV Abroad configuration by clicking on the minus sign and starting again from point 4 on the set up page :
In addition you will also get this message if your account has expired due to non payment or cancellation.
