You can have multiple installations/set ups on various devices you own, such as multiple PC's at home, laptops & iPhones, however you can only have one connection to our service at any one time per subscription. If you require multiple connections then please contact us to purchase extra accounts.

Whatever your connection speed you can always catch up with your favourite TV programmes by downloading them from the TV websites.

If you have a very slow connection speed (your Internet Service Provider (ISP) sets the limits on the bandwidth) then your live TV viewing may occasionally be affected.

If you cancel before a month period is up you will not receive any refunds.
