If that doesn't work try the manual install:
- Click on the "Start" button on the task bar of your computer and then choose "Control Panel" from the start menu.
- Click on "Network and Internet Connections".
- Click on "Create a connection to the network at your workplace".
- Select "Virtual Private Network connection" and then click on the "Next" button.
- Enter "ViewTVabroad.com" in the "Company Name" field and then click on the "Next" button.
- Choose the "Do not dial the initial connection" option and then click on the "Next" button.
- Now enter the VPN server address which we have provided you with and then click on the "Next" button to continue.
- If you want to add the VPN connection shortcut to your desktop, then tick the appropriate check box and click on the "Finish" button to complete the VPN Connection Wizard.
- Now your ViewTVabroad configuration is ready. You can start your VPN connection by double clicking on the "ViewTVabroad.com" icon on your desktop or by going to "Network and Internet Connections".
- To logon to the ViewTVabroad.com service enter your ViewTVabroad account details - your username and password in the relevant fields and tick "Save this user name and password for the following users" box. Then click the "Connect" button.
- You can now start watching UK & US TV by selecting channels and services form the channels page.
To reconnect to the VPN connection double click on the "ViewTVabroad.com" icon on your desktop or by going to "Network and Internet Connections".
